On a commercial job the finish is only half of what you are buying. The other half is a subcontractor who shows up when the schedule says, keeps the site safe and tidy, and has documentation ready before anyone asks twice. We come with both.

Scope we take on

• Steel stud partitions: layout to lid, including demountable and slab-to-slab walls
• Fire-rated assemblies: rated wall and shaft construction built to the listed assembly, with firestopping detailed properly at penetrations
• Acoustic assemblies: insulated, resilient and double-layer partitions for boardrooms, medical and dental exam rooms, studios and demised tenant walls
• Suspended ceilings & bulkheads: drywall ceilings, dropped soffits, light coves and feature details
• Tenant improvements: retail unit turnovers, office reconfigurations and landlord-side make-good works
• Level 5 finishing: for feature walls, gloss paint and wide-format graphics where nothing can telegraph

How we work around your operation

Working in an active office or retail store requires strict dust control and flexible hours. We are set up for after-hours and weekend phasing, hoarding and dust containment in live spaces, and staged handovers so one area can be released for paint while we work the next. If your build has a hard opening date, say so on the bid request. It changes how we sequence and staff the job.

Send drawings or a scope outline and we will price it. For design-stage work we can give an early budget figure to help you plan, then firm it up once documents are issued. If you need a hard bid to a deadline, put the date in your message and we will tell you straight away whether we can hit it.
